Returns Policy

General Return Guidelines.

  1. All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. To request a return, please fill out our official Return Form: https://www.everycart.store/initiate-return/ before sending any item back.
  3. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective.
  5. Please record a video while opening the parcel as proof of condition. This video must be attached when submitting the return request.

Return Policy for “Watches”

  1. Eligibility: Returns and refunds are only accepted if the watch is received in a defective or damaged condition.
  2. Condition: The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
  3. Timeframe: The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery through our Return Form

Return Policy for “Perfumes” (Saffrel Scents)

  1. Each perfume comes with a 5ml tester of the same fragrance.
  2. Customers must try the tester before opening the sealed full-size perfume bottle.
  3. If you are not satisfied with the scent, you may return the unopened full-size perfume.
  4. Opened bottles will not be eligible for return under any circumstances.
  5. Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
  6. Return shipping: Costs will be borne by the customer.

  2. Fill in the required details and submit your request.
  3. Attach the video recording of the parcel opening to support your claim.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond with the return instructions.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business

Notes

  • Items sent back without prior return authorization via our return form may not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be issued via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Online Bank Transfer as per the customer’s provided details.
  • We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy conditions.
